In the Cayman real estate market that is seemingly saturated with agents, Vanessa is a clear stand-out. From the instant I contacted her about viewing a property for me and my husband, I was impressed. She got back to me right away, had a pleasant demeanor and was a wealth of information. Most importantly, she didn't give me the 'hard sell.' So much so, she accommodated our requests to view comparable properties (including those listed by other agents) so that we could make an informed decision. And the quality of service didn't stop there: once we made an offer (that was conditional on various nitpicky requests), she gave us periodic status updates so that we weren't kept hanging.
